I love my cutting board. I use it for all cutting and much preparation. It is beautiful, which is a good thing since it stays out on the counter. This thing is huge. Which is nice for a cutting board, but not if you must find a place to store it. Fortunately, I have a lot of counter space, so I don't mind leaving it out. It is also reversible, so you can cut on both sides. I wipe mine down with a damp sponge, and I've oiled it a couple of times in the couple of months that I have owned it. It looks like this might be something that I pass down to my kids.

This is the cutting board I have been looking for for ages! It is a wonderful addition to my kitchen. The wood is beautiful. It is large and about 2 1/2 inches thick. I oiled it with mineral oil and it really enhanced the different shades of wood. It is worth the little extra expense because you will have this a lifetime!
