Little tip: rubbing a bit of olive oil all over it: works real nice.
This was a good purchase. Its been a month and I find it doing a great job in my kitchen. Light in weight, good color and shape, right size for cooking for a small family. But good care is required. Do not soak it in the kitchen sink. Has to be washed and dried immediately after use. If properly maintained, this is excellent for the kitchen
